Ready to join us for 51? To make your experience as enjoyable and accessible as possible, we offer a variety of membership options to suit every fan. We currently offer full convention memberships at regular and concession prices. Each of these membership tiers offers the same benefits and convention experience, but are priced differently to make our community as equitable as possible.
After you purchase your membership please fill in this registration form to complete your membership registration. Please fill in a separate registration form for each person attending.
Current Membership Prices
Full Membership – Launch Price – $200
Our standard Full Membership grants you access to all the amazing events and activities Swancon 51 has to offer. This includes entry to all panels, presentations, workshops, gaming sessions, the traders’ room, the art show, the spectacular masquerade, and the prestigious awards night.
Full Membership PLUS Donation – Launch Price – $250
Do you love Swancon so much you are wondering if there is a way for you to give more? For those who wish to go above and beyond in their support for the convention and the Western Australian Science Fiction Foundation (WASFF), we offer the Full Membership PLUS. This tier includes all the benefits of a Full Membership, plus an additional donation to help us continue bringing you fantastic events.
Full Membership – Concession Launch Price- $150
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in Swancon. Our Full Membership Concession is available to low income and unwaged members of the community, offering access to the entire convention at a reduced price. Concession eligibility is self determined and you do not need to provide proof of financial circumstances.
Other Membership Types
Day Memberships
Day memberships will be available at the door and online closer to the event. Prices have not yet been set for these but you would be safe to guess they will be slightly more than half of a full membership.
Companion Cards
if you have a companion card you are welcome to bring a companion with while you are at Swancon with no extra charge. no need to purchase a separate membership or fill in an extra registration for your companion, just let us know that you will be bringing them in the comments of your own registration form. If you you like your companion to have a name badge please give us their name in your comments.
Additional Benefits
No matter which membership tier you choose, your Swancon 50 membership also includes a one-year membership to the Western Australian Science Fiction Foundation (WASFF). This grants you voting rights at the WASFF Annual General Meeting and the opportunity to cast your vote in the Tin Duck Awards. As Swancon51 is the designated National Convention (Natcon) for 2027, your membership also entitles you to vote for the 2027 Ditmar Awards and at the Natcon Business Meeting.
